...sets a new standard for the restoration of modern-era black-and-white comics.

Since July of 2014 I've headed the Cerebus restoration project, a massive endeavor to restore and reprint the 6,000 page Cerebus the Aardvark using the best available materials, on a page-by-page basis selecting the best source, using everything from photo negatives, print copies, and original artwork with aged mechanical tones.
In the process of restoring the 3,000 or so pages I've already completed, I've learned just about everything there is to know about working with line art for print. I'd be happy to bring those skills to bear on your projects as well, either consulting or fully restoring the work. Please contact me at seanmichaelrobinson at gmail dot com to discuss your project.
